Medicus Goblin

Small and rarely seen, the Medicus Goblin is a nocturnal creature. With nimble and dextrous hands, these goblins attack victims in their sleep with surgical precision. Without waking the victim, they will remove fingers, ears, and even internal organs. Their saliva produces anaesthetising, anticoagulant venom highly sought after by the Gehennalis for healing. Though the motive for Medicus Goblin attacks is predominantly to feed, instances of Goblins being captured have shown that they sometimes keep small body parts as trophies.
